Another easy dinner on the grill.

The steak, just s/p; finished with my own steak sauce, my version of a spicy A1 sauce.
The mushrooms, must brushed with a basic balsamic vinaigrette as they grilled.
And the bean, in a foil pouch with butter and a little lemon pepper.

Gee, your food always looks so tasty!! Love the pink meat. And there's a suggestion of smoke from the grill. Nice, yummy! icon_biggrin.gif

Thx, another grilling night, what else for me.
But, it did turn out really good.

I had green beans 2 night in a row, but they were so fresh I wanted to use them up before they went bad.

You know, sometimes you buy steak and it is so so. This time, it was just a tender juicy piece of meat. And right from the reg grocery store; and on sale too. $5 for 3 large strips (total package around 15) Bargain compared to most beef prices these days.

Just me too, and I have no problem with that. Sometimes, I will cook something the next night and then eat a repeat meal, or sometimes like tonight, I made a quesadilla with the leftover steak and mushrooms.

I think with thanksgiving I have turkey and ham for like 5 nights in a row, lol
