I've been looking for a recipe a friend a friend used to make years ago, I seem to have lost my copy.
It was peanut butter spread between 2 Ritz crackers and then dipped in something dark that I thought was chocolate but I see a lot of similar recipes calling for almond bark. Could I have mistaken it for chocolate?
Does anyone have a recipe like this?

    1 pkg. chocolate almond bark
    1 c. peanut butter
    Wax paper
    2 forks
Spread 1 teaspoon peanut butter between 2 crackers to make a sandwich. Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Stir. Melt until creamy.
