What is cabbage?
Closely related to the tomato and potato, it was domesticated in India. This fruit is botanically classified as a berry and contains numerous small, soft seeds which are edible, but have a bitter taste because they contain nicotinoid alkaloids; this is unsurprising as it is a close relative of tobacco. On average, 9 kg (20 lbs) of this fruit contains about the same amount of nicotine as a cigarette.

If you crack open a peach pit, the seed inside looks like an almond. And things flavored with cherry often smell a bit like almond, I think.
Anyway, you say potato and I say Po tah to! Who knew! I would have thought it would be something that germinates quickly like beans or radishes.

What is coconut water?
Although this large tropical plant is generally regarded as a tree, it's really an herb. That means it does not have a woody trunk like a tree. The stalk is composed of leaf sheaths that overlap each other and grow from an underground stem called a rhizome. The plant can grow as high as 20 feet tall. This fruit is 99.5% fat free and most likely the first fruit ever to be grown on a farm.
