Haven't been on in ages. Do we still have recipe boxes? Where would I find mine? Thanks.
P.S. I found it. I found it.
It's not easy to find but also the forums don't seem easy either.

Hey Gingersnap,
Im so glad youre back and have found your recipes. It is a bit hard to get used to the new layout and find ones way around, but everything nice is still here, too.

Thank you Loula. It's good to be back. With the holidays coming, us vegans/vegetarians have to kick it up a notch so people will understand that the stuff we eat is delicious!!!

I love Thanksgiving. It gives me a chance to stretch my imagination. I love the mashed potatoes, the stuffing, the vegetables and the bread (starch wars LOL). I like the desserts and and cranberries. People think we eat grass and leaves. I've made it a goal to educate as many people as possible, anywhere I am, about the benefits of a compassionate diet. In fact, in a couple weeks, I will be teaching two women the basics of cooking things like tofu, seitan and grains. I don't like using analogs too much, but sometimes people need to ease into it and that's a good way. What are you making for the holiday?
