Gluten-Free Flax Bread When you say "gluten free flour" do you mean any type of flour or a specific blend? Would brown rice flour work?
Thanks

After looking at this recipe, the poster writes in his intro that he developed this bread after eating rice flour breads.
I'm fairly certain he is meaning for you to use a blended gluten-free all-purpose flour. There are some great recipes on the site here that you could use or you can buy a ready blended flour.

I saw the rice part after I wrote the question. Thanks so much, I'll try to find a blend on the site.
