Sangría Virgen (Sin alcohol)
3 tazas de jugo (zumo) de uva sin endulzar

Try an online translator. They may not be perfect but will be somewhat in the ballpark.
I could get through the majority of the recipe, but a few words were beyond my Spanish ability, so won't attempt a full translation. (Just because I live in New Mexico doesn't mean I speak Spanish.)

I live in NM, too, in Las Cruces, I was in your neck of the woods (north) last weekend. Came back on the back roads through Mountainair.
Something I have learned here is that even people with Spanish surnames in NM don't necessarily speak Spanish, either.
