Spanakorizo, (Greek "σπανακόρυζο", ) is a Greek dish known in English as “spinach risotto”. The name comes from the Greek word for spinach and rice, and is a vegetarian dish that is often cooked in Greece.

Two of my favorite foods (spinach and risotto) in one dish. Will definitely give that a try! icon_biggrin.gif

    Welcome, MarrieAnn!

If you ever watched the movie, My Big Fat Greek Wedding you'll know that nearly everything is descended from the Greek! icon_lol.gif
