    Loooking for recipe it was a dish my grandmother made
    I thought it was called vinadorsh but cant find it.
    It is a beef marinade i know very little on how made
    but she use to marinade it for up to 3 days any help
    would be appreciated. thank u icon_razz.gif

    We would be happy to help but need a little bit more to go on. Was it spicy or mild? Roast(whole) or sliced. Served on what?

    Sliced beef know it was made with vinegar not spicy zesty though not to sure what spices were add maybe bay leaves if i remember right we use to eat it by it self but sometime on sourdough bread thank you for your help

    Let me see what I can find. I also posted this link in the Spain and Portugal Forum to see if anyone there had any ideas.
