    complete tonight's dinner recipe! help!

I've started tonight's dinner with a little inspiration and don't know how I should complete the recipe. So here's what I have so far:

Ever so slowly cooking in my crock pot right now:
    Chicken
    Chicken stock
    Light cream
    2-3oz cream cheese
    Taco seasoning (half packet)
    Garlic

I originally was thinking some sort of texmex shredded chicken lasagna or shredded chicken enchiladas. I have on hand (with intention of using) shredded cheddar cheese. I have all sorts of small pastas and spaghetti, brown rice, potatoes, pillsbury biscuits (the kind in the scary popping tube), and a few wheat tortillas that could all be used for starches. Any and all recipe suggestions would be appreciated!!

Can you make either of these recipe ideas work for you?

I think I could definitely adapt the layered tortilla pie bake. Thanks for the quick input!

My pleasure. Happy to help a fellow chef in need. I think coming up with a dinner idea is the hardest part of meal time.
