Newbie "Fry Cook" Poster
Has anyone tried making bread with quinoa flour? How did it turn out. I'm trying to come up some good recipes for gluten free, dairy free,and egg free bread. I know it won't be easy though. I do like quinoa pasta, so I am hoping it will be good in bread as well. Any tips or suggestions?

The large number of recipes on Food.com and Google with quinoa tell me that's it's good in bread. There are 4 gluten-free recipes here:

I like quinoa but have not tried the flour. What I gather from the gluten-free forum is that you generally need to use a mix of flours to get a good result with gluten free breads. You might want to check over at that forum, lots of knowledgeable people there,
