Roasted a chicken for dinner along with mashed redskin potatoes, pan gravy and corn/bean steamer. We have enough leftovers for tomorrow's din-din. DW had the white meat, and my plate had my favorite parts of the bird...the legs & thighs!

The whole dinner looks good but the potatoes with the pool of gravy are making me want to run over to your house with a spoon so I can gobble them up….

Did you notice I left the skins on the taters? We love redskins that way, with their thin skins.
