This is my favorite bread these days. I know most people don't pan a braided loaf but I like my bread slices tall.

WOW what a GREAT photo too! ironically I have been looking at these types of breads lately and want to make one for DH too!

Oh I think it is love and not with you Len (sorry) but with that handsome loaf of bread. Both photos are great and that bread was as striking pre-cooked as it was baked.

Thanks everyone. It's almost a shame to cut into a good looking loaf but there's always another loaf just a few days away. I'm getting a taste for raisin oat bread...................
