    Molten Lava Cookies

Made these today. Great taste, but the chocolate did not spread out instead it was like chocolate dough with chocolate chips. Is there a special chocolate that could be put inside where it melted a bit?

I used semi sweet chocolate chips. I put 8 of them close together.

That's the problem. The recipe calls for chopped bar chocolate. Chocolate chips are composed to hold their shape when "melted", not to flow.
