Finished canning our apple cider! We put it in half gallon canning jars! I use allspice berries in my cider along with Vietnamese Cinnamon. The aroma is intoxicating!!! icon_biggrin.gif
I take the berries out before ladling into jars. And they become potpourri!
My kitchen smells devine!!!! Especially when it is snowing outside and you are comfy cozy inside!!!
We got three inches of snow last night into yesterday! About 45 mile an hour winds!!! It was wild!!! icon_wink.gif

I wonder what kind of winter we are going to get this year...they were saying cold and dry. And the east coast wet and cold.
Who knows...the weather forecasters never get it right these days! icon_rolleyes.gif
I won't mind the snow so much this year. We desperately need the moisture. We have been in drought for months now in the high plains and midwest.
Today in NYC they were wearing short sleeves and they looked quite comfy!!! icon_lol.gif
Not to last I see... icon_eek.gif

The weather is crazy these days...makes one wonder about what is to come.
This is when everyone gets sick...warm, cold, warm, cold...viruses all over the place.
At least I have a nice warm house and don't have to be anywhere! That's good!
That apple cider with Butterscotch Schnapps sure sounds good eh? icon_biggrin.gif
Well, see you all tomorrow! I am going to go have something to munch on and that laced cider!!! icon_wink.gif
