    Tilapia, peppers and a Salad

    A No Recipe night

Grilled Tilapia with just an all purpose seasoning, olive oil, s/p

Peppers and onions (ones I froze) grilled in a pan on the grill with s/p

Salad, romaine; but grilled onions and tomatoes with olive oil, s/p. And black olives. You can see the char on the onions, and the tomatoes, that just started to pop. I dressed it with my homemade thousand island (had to use it up)

Basically, easy, healthy dinner; I did splurge and have a whole wheat roll with butter icon_smile.gif

Yes, yes!! That centre photo, with the fish looking so fresh and juicy! icon_biggrin.gif

Great: we love fish -- fresh -- I'm a fish snob! icon_wink.gif We are lucky that every Friday morning for a short few hours we can buy fresh fish at our small local harbour. It's such a pleasure. They do sell frozen fish too, but the fresh fish is straight off the boats.

Thx ... and Yes, you are lucky. I'm jealous! But, I do go fishing and often come home with fresh fish. Grouper, snapper, and flounder mostly; but also trout, redfish, whiting are common. Tilapia is an inexpensive go to fish, easy to get at the grocery store; but at least it is fish.

    I don't think there is a fish I've met, that I don't like rotfl.gif

The salad is so beautiful and colorful. The first fish photo is my fav - the staging is really nice, and the peppers add some nice color.

Thx, I felt pretty good as it was pretty healthy; and on the grill, it had a nice smoky flavor.
