The only "V" foods that come to my mind are veggies, and vanilla (vanilla wafers, vanilla pudding, vanilla ice cream, etc). Maybe a vanilla flavored cream cheese based dip for fruit?

Here are all the snacks I found with the letter V:

    LETTER V SNACKS:
    V8 - in a tomato/veg smoothie)
Vegetables - carrot and cucumber sticks, raw cauliflower bits, etc., with a dip.
Velveeta cheese - for dips with vegetables or crackers
    Veggie chips
    Vegetable Dip
    Vegetable Thins Crackers
    Vienna Sausages
    Vegetable Soup
Van de Kamp - Fish Sticks

    Vanilla Cake
    Vanilla Cookies
    Velvet Cupcakes
    Vanilla Ice Cream
    Vanilla Pudding
    Vanilla Wafers
    Vanilla Yogurt

    Vanilla
Eat vanilla ice cream or cake. You can also have a cooking activity that you use vanilla in.

    Vermicelli
Make a lunch with vermicelli noodles (Long slender threaded pasta). Speak about the funny name of the noodles.

Vanilla wafers dipped in vanilla yogurt as a dip would be great.

(I do this with strawberry or vanilla yogurt & graham crackers)
