    Ham Steak and Zucchini Bake

Finished off the zucchini and tomato casserole from the other night, added some cheese and right on the grill. Also, made a ham steak with a mustard/bourbon glaze; and a sprinkle of montreal steak seasoning. Unfortunately, my brown sugar had bugs ... yes it is FL, and even though it was a baggie, they do get bugs.

So, equal parts, bourbon, dijon, and honey, Delish. Heated up the squash, added a bit of cheese, and 1 potato was left, so heat that up too. A quick and easy dinner.

I thought I had a glaze posted, but I can't find it, and I swear I did; but I always thought I had 604 recipes, and now I have 590. So, I don't know any more.

SC that glaze looks and sounds yummy and like that you showed the pie tin on the grill because I would have thought you glazed after cooking.

Very good!! The last 2 photos are really great, with the bright green of the zucchini. I think we have crowned you our Grill Queen. If we haven't, I do so now! icon_wink.gif icon_biggrin.gif

Thx, I do love my grill. I added a small pack of foil with wood chips underneath, which gave it a nice smoky flavor. I usually use my wood box, but for a small meal like this which is quick cooking, I use a foil pouch with less chips.

Thx paymaster. I am a great photographer ... landscapes and long set up times, LOL. Food, I am so impatient, always hungry, lol and always eating after dark, lighting issues

But, I try. I truly enjoying seeing everyone's pics which encourage me to try a bit more. One day. I'm going to actually set up a stage to cook something really pretty DURING DAYLIGHT and see what happens, icon_smile.gif

Of course it will be something I cook ON THE GRILL!

LOL. I do actually cook on my stove and oven. Really!

When it is mid 80's light winds, a lake in my backyard with birds, it is just hard to resist. Besides, I just love the flavor. I always add some wood chips, and the flavor is just so good, you can't beat it. I have a screened in porch, so no bugs, my cats love to be out there; I can enjoy a glass of wine and relax and it is like therapy.

I may surprise you soon ... maybe next week and cook something in that unknown unused spaced called the KITCHEN, icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif Stay tuned, eventually it will get used.
