How heavy is the chicken? 2 pounds?
How many people will this serve?

    Have a nice meal!

Boy oh boy what busy bees you two have been!! Also picking up some good tips from the both of you icon_wink.gif

awalde, love the ingredients photo with scallop …. it is sooo pretty. Still have that peach Omelette on must try list it looks just tooooo good.

Steve that roasted chicken looks and sounds good, but like awalde I am glad you did a break down on the Traditional English Fry Soup as I would have never got it without the step by step. icon_redface.gif

awalde, your blog is cool but sometimes get the Oops! That page can’t be found if I use the link from the e-mail that comes with the subscription to your page (example the carrot recipe you posted this morning.) but can see from the link posted above icon_confused.gif

Yep Steve the chicken looks as good as it sounded yummy.gif

    Thanks Deb for your observations!

I really don't understand everything how the blog really works.
The link "above", do you mean the link I posted on 23 Sep 2012 06:22?
Slowly, slowly I will find out how to do it! icon_wink.gif

Today I was busy in the garden as it is apple picking season! I took some photos of my fresh untreated apples!

Oh, I just discovered the last few pages!! Was away, did not keep up.

I LOVE the way you two (Steve and Awalde) interacted and posted!! Awalde, I adored that close-up you did!!

Both of you -- DO give hints and helps here on photography. Although the site is about food, many of us are interested in other aspects of photography as well, and we love help and hints.

Awalde, what program did you use to put together all those thumbnails next to one another??

Hi Zurie! Thanks for coming here!

    I used Photoshop.
I duplicated a plain layer and cut out the place for the photos (= template).
Following steps: take phot to insert, duplicate layer, drag and drop into the template. Repeat wit all photos.
It will be necessary to reorder all the layer for each photos in order to have the template on top.
Finally save it in the format you want.

I spent a lot of time creating the template, trying to cut out the places for the photos. Best work with the grid!
There are commercial templates working in this way!
I hope this can help you.

The link above works but the link that comes in the e-mail when you post is the one that sometimes does not work.
