Pineapple chicken meatballs

I don't know what to serve with the Pineaplle chicken meatballs any suggestions???

I like rice with meatballs. For a veggie, I think something like green beans or spinach with some garlic, ginger and a touch of soy sauce is nice - something to contrast with the sweetness of the pineapple. I made this spinach recently and I think the same treatment would work well with green beans Chinese Style Spinach

I like a rice pilaf, or white rice maybe garnished with macadamia nuts or almonds and scallions.

Adding a few extras to plain white rice gives it tons of flavor for little money.

For a veggie, I agree on the green beans, one of my favorites. I like to pan saute to steam, and then finish in the pan with a little butter and seasoning to give them a little color.
Broccoli would be my second favorite or roasted carrots with a honey glaze.
