I need to post this. It is a mix of 2-3 recipes, but I really enjoy it.

Blackened fish, red and green cabbage, pickled onions, and a Greek yogurt sauce with sriracha and lime juice; and finish with avocado and wrap.

    Delicious!

thx guys, I normally add the pickled red onions which really brightens the dish up; but no red and no time. Improvised.

It really is healthy with yogurt, avocado, grilled fish, and then a tortilla instead of a roll; but tons of flavor which is really nice.

Growing up in northern MI and constantly fishing with the family. We often had fish sandwiches. But MOM rarely fried them, usually pan sauteed; but I changed that to grilled. And yogurt vs tarter and fresh avocado; But Mom did always have sandwich nights and I loved it. Having the garden, tomatoes and even cucumbers were are part of the sandwich which would be very good.

I made this same sandwich and added thin sliced cucumber to the pickled onions which were very tasty.

Or add cheese for your kids to get them to like fish if they are fish snobs. Kids love wraps and taco looking thing, and cheese never hurts.

I prefer to eat light. I rarely eat lunch, but dinner every other day is usually pretty light for me. This dinner was a bowl of my homemade clam chowder and the wrap.My friend stopped by and he eats a bit more than me, so I added some onion rings. They are frozen ones. But I love them. A very light batter. Otherwise I would of had just the soup and sammy. I tend to eat between 7 and 9, so I don't like to eat too heavy.

With my schedule at times, and eating by the pool. Grab and go and sandwiches are really a perfect go to. Sometimes we just head to the beach for the sunset ...That kind of food works. Dining room table is rarely the protocol around here. LOL

I will definitely take that as a compliment. It is a lot like wraps you get a festivals like that.

I really enjoy sandwiches, but sometimes there is too much bread and it always feels heavy; I love the wraps and tortillas. And, now a days they have so many different flavors which is fun to play with.
