I am wondering if there is any good recipes that can feed enough for a two teenagers and a dad. Anything that has some vegtables in it but they are not visible so that I can sneak them in but still taste amazing. icon_biggrin.gif Anything thats not very spicy. They will eat anything that has cheeses in and anything that can be covered in Ranch dressing. Any replys would be amazing and I will accept any advice on what delicious meals I can cook for my family.

My recipes are mostly made for 6, with 2 teens, but most can be easily cut down. Here are a few ideas for you:

Videlia Onion Pot Roast -- Tasty, and simple enough to be cooked by an inexperienced cook if necessary.

Baked Chicken in Parmesan and Roasted Garlic Sauce -- Chicken in a cheesy sauce. Should be easy to adjust the number of servings. The sauce would be good covering up peas or broccoli to add the veggies you're looking for.

Kielbasa and Collards -- If your family doesn't care for collards you could use kale or cabbage instead.

Zucchini-Bacon Pasta Toss -- You can disguise your veggies with bacon and cheese in this one. Good as either a side dish or a light meal on its own.

Ham, Potatoes, and Green Beans -- A classic, one-dish meal.

Thank you so much for your ideas. I showed my dad the chicken thigh with the noodles and he said that looks really good. I will absolutely try these ideas out. icon_smile.gif
