Years ago when microwaves were pretty new I went through a fad of cooking eggs in them and they are finnicky, it's probably what inspired the TV series "Seconds From Disaster" icon_lol.gif.

It reminded me I've got a mate and his brother stayed with him a while after he split from his wife, once again while they were somewhat new but he wasn't much of a cook to start with. A can of baked beans said something like warm gently for 10 minutes so he put them in a microwave full tilt for 10 minutes still in than can and with the lid on.

Fortunately both were OK but I saw the aftermath and the repair bill of $15K he'd been quoted probably wasn't too unrealistic icon_smile.gif.
