    Easy Dinner
Freezer stash chops (grilled), thawed and simmered in chicken stock until tender
Added a pork gravy mix (freezer stash too)
Then served with mashed spuds (freezer stash), added some garlic and white cheddar
    Served with lima beans.

    SO easy!!

Great styling, Sarasota! Every part of the dish gets attention and is photographed perfectly. Love the lima beans, and the puddle of sauce on the mash looks so yummy! Excellent food photos!! icon_biggrin.gif

Thx Zurie, I love to repurpose freezer stash. But also use recipes I have made or tweak a recipe using the leftovers.

Always ways to use up those freezer leftovers.
And yes, I love lima beans. Butter, s/p for me; but I do make them a few different ways; but I just love the basic butter, s/p.lol

Photo one is a true winner with those pretty lima beans and the little pool of grave in the potatoes that are so nicely disrupted by the fork.
