    I remember having a conch salad while on the Cayman Islands; it reminded me a bit of calamari. I would love to try these fritters;but I don't think I would find conch in this little corner of the world.

    We had a thread about Conch last year-I'd be willing to try it if it was fresh-canned not so much-LOL!
