So, I'm using a terrific recipe for apf, using my own home grown apples! And I threw in a handful of raisins.

After filling the jars, poking them around to remove air, I thought I got them all. Oh, using Clear Jel, which is super awesome!

So, after pressure canning FOREVER, I see there STILL IS a few tiny bubbles, like maybe 1/2" here and there.

Should I shelf em, or fridge em, or toss em?

    Thankx

    Thank you once again Molly!!

Growing up on shots of insulin, it was drilled into us how dangerous air bubbles can be, so we'd spend FOREVER clicking our nails against the syringe trying to get them all out.........so, I'm weird about that stuff, lol
