Simple Caribbean Appetizers

I am hosting a small & informal outdoor dinner party this Sunday and am having a really hard time finding anything to serve as a really easy appetizer that would fit this menu. I've looked online & can't find anything that fits my parameters. I want to make something that is super easy (no bake), not a salsa or fruit, and would preferably be a layered dip of some-sort to serve with chips. I just want it to fit within the theme of my menu.

On the menu is:

Really Hot Grilled Jerk Chicken (Clean Eating, #30, pg 87)

Radish & Coconut Rice (recipe from an old newspaper clipping - I don't have a link as I can't find anything like it online)

Lime & Peanut Slaw

I always add raisins to this...

Any ideas?
