Can't get to review screen

I have been trying to review Spanish Sangria - 3 Ww Points for two days now. When I select the Rate It option, all I get is a blank white screen.

I know there is something odd about that recipe, because it shows it as having 1 review but a total rating of 4 1/2 stars. We can't give half-stars, so there is obviously more than just 1 review posted to that recipe.

I know you're all by busy. But this is for ZWT, which reviews for this region are due by midnight July 31. Is there anyway to get this problem fixed ASAP so I can post my review before the deadline.

I clicked on that and I get the same blank screen. Plus it is showing 1 review, but the review is not on the recipe page, either.
