Hello everyone. Hope all is having a good Saturday. The sale of the house is moving right along. I tried Asparagus & Tomato Salad, #31745 by s'kat last night. It is an excellent salad.

Howdy Mia and all! Mia, I'm glad about your sunshine, and so glad you got a zucchini too! I wish I could of sent you about a dozen, we've had about 100 - just on three plants.
This is why I refuse to pay 1.79 a pound for squash in the off season

Yea!! Pammy! It's funny how the weather is so much it's "own". To dry can wreck havoc and to wet does the same significant damage.
We had about 3,5 inches of rain on the farm this weekend.

Hundred, wow. Best I ever had was three years ago, one zucchino that looked like a baseball club - or something else. When my best friend came over, he looked at that thing and said: "And what did this one think he wanted to become...?"
Glad there's some rain around, so maybe you get some relief.
At least now it's a weather that will inspire me to make something cold to drink

I think I made half a dozen things with it, muffins, some ratatouille, fried slices, marinated zucchini etc.
Have you ever tried fried zucchini slices? My dad made them, with egg wash and then flour, salt, pepper and paprika powder, then fry them in oil. decadent, but sooo good
Your zucchini bread recipe inspires me to make some

That was one of my favourite dishes as a kid. My dad used to make them for my birthday when we were at home.
Never tried to make them gluten free - have to try that.

Good morning all! Grandma Camp is winding down. I get on a plane tomorrow and take my GD back home to Mommy and Daddy. Then the fun begins. We have to start packing up and get ready to move. Hope all is doing well.
