Some cookbooks are out of print and hard to find. Which ones are on your list?

The cookbook I searched for for years, but never could find was "I'm Glad I Ate When I Did, Cuz I'm Not Hungry Anymore." I don't remember who wrote it, but it was supposed to feature wonderful Tex-Mex cooking with some enjoyable Texas stories.

This is funny, because the reason I found “zaar” is because of an old cookbook that belonged to my DH’s mother (who had passed) was missing and I needed a recipe from it… I couldn’t find the book anywhere, yet someone here who had the recipe actually helped me out with it
It is “A Treasury of Great Recipes” by Vincent Price and his wife Mary
(the book was returned eventually by his ex-wife)
I collect very old cookbooks, I have some from the early 1800’s which I’ve just found at random, and I also like cookbooks from the 40’s and 50’s. I have been trying to complete my Pilsbury Bakeoff series. The very first one (1950) has eluded me. (I go through phases where I’m looking for it and then not)

Thank you Molly! Since I couldn't find it years ago, I got over not having a copy. But I just went online and bought one. How fun!
