I ran across a recipe that calls for 'Wattie's Creamed Rice".
Is it similar to the American breakfast cereal cream of rice, rice pudding or more like tapioca pudding?

    Thanks!

Digging deeper on Google, I've been able to figure out what it is but I'd still appreciate your input, thanks!

It's been ages since I've had it but it's like a rice pudding. From memory a reasonably thick consistency, you could eat it with a fork without too many problems and it's a fairly rich sort of flavour with medium sweetness.

I have a NZ friend with me right now and she says Peter is exactly right.
