Newbie "Fry Cook" Poster
Hello from California. It's hot. Time to get into the pool. Thank goodness I belong to a gym that has all body types. The diet is going o.k. Some days are better than others.
It's nice to know I'm not alone. Even my eye doctor was complaining that she can't seem to lose the last ten pounds.
I found a good recipe for low fat banana-blueberry muffins on Food.com. I'm trying it today.
How do you get your husband to stop bringing home treats?

yep getting those last 10 pounds to shift is soooo hard - joy

Welcome, yes, those last few pounds are hard to get off. I have lost close to 100lbs and would like to lose 40-50 more and they seem to want to hang around. I am doing some extra things to try and get rid of them and I did see a few pounds leave until I had a sugar attack and ate anything with sugar I could find.
Stop by lots of times and check out the feeling fit friends.
