    Thanks for mentioning my site, Bariatric Foodie!

    The site is intended to inspire folks to create the foods they love, so you'll find lots of recipes (meant to serve as a "jumping off point" for your creativity) along with basic cooking advice and some nutrition information to help you understand your food choices better.

    I highly suggest my series on the nutrition label if you've ever been mystified by it. Or my series called "Carb Confusion" to figure out how carbs fit into a healthy eating plan! Both can be found on the "Foodie Basics" page.

    But overall, I'd just like to invite any and everyone to come check out the blog. It's a community and I am simply the moderator of that community, but I love to know what you all are cooking and how you're cooking it as well!
