Use Tic-Tac Containers for Ribbon Storage

What a brilliant idea Molly. Now if only I hadn't thrown out all those TicTac containers over the years.

Here is another idea, the plastic containers that gum comes in now are perfect to reuse for a variety of storage ideas. I use them in my kitchen drawer to hold some nails & screws. Some other uses for them, spare mini replacement Christmas light bulbs or the LED ones, AA or AAA batteries, various small craft supplies, salt & pepper and ketchup packages in your desk drawer at work or in your car, beads, ribbons would fit too, spare rolls of tape to refill your dispenser. The lids on them are clear, so you can see what is inside, & you have 2 different sized flip tops depending on what you have in it.

I wish I were smart enough to see the potential in things like this. It's only after I see someone else come up with the brilliant idea that I smack my head and wonder why I didn't think of it first!

What a clever idea on the Tic-Tac containers, however I never eat them to have some to use. I am big into recycling and saw another idea. Haven't posted picture but will eventually get a "Round Tu-it"! Recycling the cardboard from paper towels, wrap the wider material type ribbon around hold in place with sewing pin. Also you can use the cardboard roll from the plastic wraps which is sturdier.
