    Apple Cake 0 Fat

    Low Calorie Apple Cake

    * Made this this morning: very moist, perfect sweetness and,
    FAT FREE to boot!

    2 C diced apples (or pears or a combo)
    1/2 C sugar (I halved this & added 6 pkts of Stevia)
    1 C WW flour (i used 1/2 & 1/2)
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 egg
    1/2 C applesauce (this is equal to one of those kids' size cups)
    1 tsp vanilla

    375 oven.

    Grease a 8 or 10" round pan w/nonstick cooking spray (I used a pie pan)

    Sprinkle diced apples w/the sugar: set aside.

    In sm bowl, mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. In another bowl, beat the egg, mix in the applesauce and vanilla.

    Stir flour mixture into egg mixture, till well mixed. Add applces.

    Bake 35 min.

    110 calories/serving/ 275 mg sodium/25 carbs/ 1.8 g protein

    I like your this recipe and get a lot of help from your this recipe for preparing apple cake myself at my home.
