    Hi Ann-Marie,
I buy my grano from my local Italian Deli/Import store. Is there one near where you live?

grano = wheat berries in English

I did find the following online sources, I hope this helps:

Bob's Red Mill sells hard red wheat berries: http://www.bobsredmill.com/hard-red-wheat-berries.html

and also soft white wheat berries: http://www.bobsredmill.com/soft-white-wheat-berries.html

Which type are you looking for (how are you going to use them)?

King Arthur Flour also sells hard red wheat berries: http://www.kingarthurflour.com/shop/items/king-arthur-organic-red-wheat-berries-3-lb

Whole Foods (there are several stores in Rhode Island) sells grano/wheat berries in their bulk grains dept.
