I'm afraid I'm in the same boat as Bethany icon_redface.gif

We had a little unexpected "family trouble" this weekend, and all my plans got turned upside down icon_sad.gif

But, we've already bounced back! and I'm making a new "cooking list" now! So, I'll try and fit a recipe or two in this week! icon_biggrin.gif Thanks for understanding!!

    Here are my picks:

Skeeter Pumpkin Butter because I haven't had a chance to get to know her yet!

Erin Liza Lemon Chicken Soup to show that there are no hard feelings about a "particular thread."

Samuel Holden Patatas a lo Pobre because I miss his humor!

I made my picks and am heading in to submit the reviews! All 3 were very good! icon_biggrin.gif

    Ok, I will pick:
    1) Kozmic Blues. Because she said she wouldn't fit in anyone's categories. And I love to prove people wrong. icon_wink.gif icon_lol.gif
2)ErinLiza. Because I like her spunk, and I want her to know there isn't a smidgen of bad feelings about "that thread." icon_biggrin.gif
    3) Inkling. Because diversity is good.
and Lennie. Because she left before I got here, but I came to 'Zaar because of her crockpot stiffado recipe.
Here are the recipes I choose:
    Lennie's Kindness Cake
Kozmic Blue's Orzo with Tomato, Green Beans and Feta Cheese
Erin Liza's Baked Feta and Bacon Brussells Sprouts
And Inkling's Marla's Cheesy Broccoli Bacon Chicken Casserole

mmmmmm!!!! All my reviews are in -- I took an extra couple days because I couldn't find Brussel Sprouts. icon_rolleyes.gif But that recipe is great, and so are all the others.
And hey -- Lennie DID come back. icon_biggrin.gif
    Just delicious.
