    Hmm! We just had a few American guests at work who kept referring to sima as "that cider", and I guess it is somewhat similar - a bit bubbly, sweet, but with a touch of fresh lemon as opposed to a touch of apple. Give it a try! It's easy to make and the ingredients don't cost an arm and a leg either! icon_biggrin.gif

    This year I'll try a lemon & lime version and make the recipe with 1 lemon and 2 limes instead of 2 lemons. yummy.gif I'm also looking forward to making rhubarb mead once June rolls along... although I have to admit I've reserved most of our rhubarb for Rhubarb Vodka. icon_lol.gif
