Rex (Military Working Dog, now Retired) is HOME!

Remember Rex.... the MWD whose former handler worked SO hard to be reunited with him and provide him with a forever home? Lots of us signed the petition etc.... well... as of today.... Rex is in NY with Megan Leavey! Here is the story from today's paper... they promise a follow up tomorrow!

Here is the follow up story in today's paper, which includes a picture of Ms. Leavey and Rex, together and the generous people who paid for her trip to California to get Rex (and her trip home with him) and who have promised to cover all of Rex's future medical expenses.
