The Neelys are the worst and that girl who does secrets of a restaurant chef. I don't like her and the Neeleys seems nice and all but they keep making the same food. How many times can you watch people make ribs, mac and cheese and potato salad? It's kinda been there done that stuff. I like the girl who does cooking for real. Sunny something. Have you seen her? She makes some good stuff.

I think I watch too much tv, and yes Ive seen her...her only experience seems to have been in the AF in San Antonio...I agree with you and its gripping me that none of them are educated chefs...they are not the quality of the Iron Chefs...I have just decided that if I dont watch them then maybe they will go away... icon_lol.gif icon_lol.gif does that work anymore??? icon_lol.gif I think I would enjoy reruns of the old Julia Childe shows more ...and you are right, the food is redundant...they take a bunch of unrelated things, mix them all together and voila...there is is....

well, if enough of us don't watch, they WILL go away eventually. I know I don't watch like I used to but that's because I'm always here hunting down a new recipe. I can't stop searching. I have just gotten into making salmon and I have found some great recipes! I've only tried one so far but WOW it was great.

I enjoy Ina Garten's show, whether I would make the particular recipe or not.

I've written to Scripp's about Guy. At this point if he shows up I change the channel. I've found some good cooking on Bravo and my local PBS stations.

well if you havent checked out top chef on bravo you should, however, its close to the end so youve missed all the pain and suffering..if you go to the bravotv web site they do list the recipes from the shows and there are some real winners there.... icon_lol.gif

I have all her cookbooks except for one. the recipes I have tried have all been really really good. Her "real meatballs and spaghetti sauce" taste like something you would order in a fancy restaurant. I would really recommend trying her recipes if you haven't.

I love the way Ina does things. Very relaxed, casual. Plus the fact that she's a student of Julia Childs, which comes through on the TV program and her books. Which I'd love to have all for my library of Cookbooks. I loved everyone of them. Sometimes there's a waiting list to get them at the library. I would like to know how to get her on the Chef I like? I can't seem to figure out how.
