What beverage do you enjoy adding to recipes?
Rubs and Mops and Sauces oh my!
All good BBQ and smoking begins with a good rub or a frequent mop or at least finishes with a great sauce! How do you do your Q?
I love tacos. Pretty much anything goes as to what you can stuff into them. The biggest question seems to be "hard shell, soft corn or flour tortillas". It took my husband 3 years to accept the notion that you can have "tacos" without ground hamburger and a mix out of a packet. Here's a few that might fire up your culinary exploration. Enjoy!
