Hi,
Thanks for your advice.
My breadmaker, Kenwood BM450, has a bake ONLY program. Or I can set my own program for preheating and baking without kneading and rising. I have "Braun Multiquick 5 hand blender"
http://www.braun.com/global/household/food-preparation/multiquick-hand-blenders/multiquick-5.html
which has an attachment for beating egg white, whipping cream and preparing fluffy desserts, sponge cake or egg dishes ...
I suppose with them I can start baking gold spongy cake. However on googling I found dozens of recipe of spongy cake. Could you please shed me some light where to start?
I think finally I'll purchase a microwave/baking oven.
Panasonic Steam Convection Microwave [NN-CS599S]
http://www.jintexelectronics.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=951
will be my target. It has steam injection. But I have to sort out space problem. Otherwise I have to dump my Panasonic microwave which has been used for 5~6 years but is still running strong. I'll use the Kenwood breadmaker for kneading.
Baking and cuisine are arts. I'll invest some time on them apart from exploring IT technology.
Thanks
B.R.
