I check in but never check this thread because someone use to take care of it besides the hosts of the forum. Maybe I need to ask if it is still that way.

Glad to see some activity though, I have been away for a few days working on my house.

Ages ago, Laury used to take care of it, but thats going back a long while - I will keep an eye on it if you want? Bonnie and I used to be on it quite a lot, but its kind of fizzled out.

hello, good to see some people coming back to FFF. I stopped coming because there was no more posts.

I have stopped exercising and trying to lose weight after realizing exercising hurt me way too much. I found out on Nov 30th that I have gall stones and that my gall bladder needs to be removed. I was just getting back into exercising at this time after 3 months off and realized that my gallbladder was more inflamed after exercise. So I stopped.

I am getting my surgery on Wednesday and hope to get back in the swing of things after-wards. Mainly being able to eat what I want. I have to give up fruits and veggies not just fats and milk.

I will check in more often.

tasb - great to see you here icon_smile.gif its a shame that it disappeared. good luck with your surgery, it will make a big difference. I had mine out when I was 19 icon_eek.gif and have not found it a problem at all.

I need to loose weight, specially since returning to Australia the middle of last year, my arthritis seems to have got worse, and the only exercising I can do is walk, but at this time of the year its too hot, though we do have a swimming pool

For me my downfall, is nibbling icon_sad.gif

What a shame - it looks like no one is particularly interested, I did zmail the two newbies who did comment here once to say that we would try to get it started again though:(

It looks like the Health and Fitness Support group in Community Cafe has started a good thread, I suggest that you have a peek over there

    Hi all

I sort of fell by the wayside and well I braved it this morning and stepped on the scales to find out I had regained a lot of the weight I had lost though (was expecting that) not quite all so bought myself back into line and have started to journal all that I eat and drink along the blood sugar levels and as I progress I will add exercise (my nemesis)..

Pat, so good to see you back, I so need to loose weight - I do think that if I ignore it - it will go away… nice day dream eh! so today I have really stuck to a breakfast of one weetbix with a cut up nectarine on it, and a splash of milk with splender.

this evening we had grilled chicken cooked in a george foreman along with salad and a glass of wine

did reasonable today breakfast was toast with vegetmite and cheese and lunch was some left over chinese (microwaved - singaporean chilli lobster, fried rice, stir fried chinese greens in garlic and 2 slices of pork in a honey pepper sauce and dinner was Chinese Five Spice Salmon With Ginger Broth 457256 served with baby bok choy and steamed rice but well over indulged in the wine a little, still recording it and hopefully will deal with the stress in a better way.

    Tonghts dinner

My surgery went well, I have been very inactive since I got home, but am trying to get moving more as the days go by. I have been up cooking and doing some baking too. We had stir-fry last night, and I made Apple Cookies with 50% whole wheat flour.
