Algerian Food

Hi I'm new to this site so here's hoping I'm posting in the right place. Does anyone know how to make 'charchoura' it is an Algerian type pasta made with semolina? Not the peppers,tomatoes and egg dish!

I found a very similar recipe to the one you want made with semoline written in French, but it can be translated into English if you want, using this Google Translator:
