Oh my goodness, I am in heaven! Karyl Lee and Pixie - what a great bunch of resources and links to help out with my controlled carb quest. I see no posts in quite a while, what's up with that, has interest waned? With all the good studies out now, how can this not be more popular? I'm shocked, but maybe it's just that I'm enthusiastic and expecting everyone else to be, too.
