I'm looking for tried and true low sodium recipes. For the grill, stove top, and/or baked food. Main dishes, sides, breakfast, salad dressings, etc. thanks in advance.

I cut sodium in almost all recipes by reducing the amount of salt, soy sauce, etc, cooking my own beans instead of using canned, or using fresh or frozen veggies, etc. My Mr. Grumpy is restricted to 600 mg a day, so I need to think fresh/homemade for nearly everything.

Here are two recipes designed as low sodium
    Mushroom Sauce for Pasta (Low-Sodium)
Scott's Vegetable Broth With Very Low Sodium

I only shop the outer aisle of the grocery store, dairy, produce and meat. Rarely do I cook anything from a can, which is shameful because I have a pantry full of can foods, which I need to go through and throw out. This cuts down on a lot of sodium plus fat and only good carbs or mostly good carbs and I sometimes buy a few frozen items. I, rarely use salt when cooking either.
