Indoor Picnics - Oh what fun!

Blast from the past flashback. I started thinking about these indoor picnics I used to have with my little bro when I used to baby-sit him. It was always during the winter time when it was too cold to go outside and play, but we’d lay a carpet on the living room floor and pretend that we were on a picnic. The food was always simple, lemonade, sandwiches, and cookies.

Did you ever do indoor picnics when you were a kid…or even as an adult?

I think it would make a great way to spend Valentine’s Day, something out of the ordinary, yet cheap as you don’t have to go anywhere and you only have to pay for the food.

An indoor picnic for Valentine's Day sounds like so much fun, KimmieCat. I'll have to dust off our picnic basket and fill it full of Valentine's treats so we can do something different this year.
