Chag Sameach means Happy Holiday in Hebrew. It is used as a holiday greeting for many Jewish Holidays.

And Chag Sameach, Happy Holiday to all. I was at a fascinating holiday celebration tonight..... called Fire In Ice.... a Chanukiah (a Chanukah Menorah) carved out of ice.... then lit!! I'm working on the photos I took and should be able to post some tomorrow.

    In the meantime.....

BTW, Chia, remember when your asparagus got me a marriage proposal? Well, I made your baked latkes, and now he wants a divorce.
