    Delicious! Cooked them in a vegetable broth and they were lovely. The only thing I did differently was to add an egg to the mix.... afraid they'd fall apart without it. Next time, I'll try one ball with no egg first, to see what happens... should have done it the first time of course, but went my own merry way. icon_lol.gif
    As DH's parents were Lithuanian, I'm used to adding egg to the mix, but never before tried it with carrot.... yummy, and sweet! icon_eek.gif Perfect for in vegie soup. Thanks.

    I've been off-line for quite a while as my FIL has been ill (and subsequently died, followed of course by burial) so DH has needed a lot of support. I'll be back in the swing of things soon.
