We made this delicious lamb dish earlier this week for dinner, and it was so easy and delicious, I thought I would share it!

    Thanks Evelyn icon_smile.gif
I didn't take part in Dining on a $$, unfortunately! But I will be making quite a few of your recipes in the coming months, and will be posting the pics! I have a new oven, and a new camera, so I'll be putting them both to work once I'm back on my feet! icon_biggrin.gif

We decided to do a family outing to Cradle Mountain, and I took a tumble on one of the walking tracks. I've damaged the ligaments and muscles in my ankle, and am stuck here on the couch until it heals =/

Lol I had to look that up to see what it means..but thankyou icon_smile.gif I'm getting better everyday, and I'm hoping to go back to work on Thursday! Fingers crossed! I was enjoying getting waited on at the beginning, but I'm over it now..I'm sick of sitting on the couch all day, and needing to ask people for simple things like a cup of coffee!
