    Kids are more apt to eat things when they cant "see" them! Tacos are a great way to "hide" veggies and other good for you things!

    I love tacos. I don't have any recipes though. I like a cruchy taco but I remember being young and my grandmother would do a quick fry with corn tortillas so they would still be soft and that is how we ate tacos. I wish I could do the same without all the fat.
